Hormones act as the body’s chemical messengers and influence nearly every system in the body, including energy, mood, sleep, brain function, metabolism, and reproductive health. When hormones such as estrogen, progesterone, cortisol, thyroid hormones, or insulin are out of balance, it can show up as symptoms like fatigue, anxiety, brain fog, weight gain, poor sleep, and menopausal or perimenopausal changes.
This is not “just getting older,” and it’s not “all in your head.”
We help women regain energy, clarity, and balance through a targeted approach. Our Women’s Health Program focuses on six core areas:

With our Women’s Health Program, we take the time to listen, evaluate, and create a personalized care plan that supports hormone balance and overall wellness. We walk alongside our patients so they can feel stronger, clearer, and more like themselves again.
This is your permission to prioritize your health.
You don’t have to push through exhaustion.
You don’t have to normalize feeling “off.”
And you don’t have to figure it out alone.

If you or someone you know has been feeling dismissed, unheard, or simply told that your labs are “normal” while you still don’t feel like yourself, you’re not alone. Many women come to us feeling frustrated, exhausted, and ready for real answers.
That’s why we’re excited to introduce our Women’s Health Program, led by Brooke Anderson, MSN, FNP-C, MSCP, created to help women better understand their bodies, identify the problem, and build a personalized plan that actually makes sense for you.
Our Women’s Health Program is designed to support concerns such as:
A comprehensive in-office evaluation, including a detailed health history, risk assessments, labs, and a dedicated visit to review findings and discuss care options.
Our most comprehensive option for women who are done guessing and want ongoing support, follow-up testing, provider visits, and care throughout the year.
All care is individualized, and any treatment or prescriptions are only discussed after a proper medical exam.
*Disclaimer: Results are not guaranteed and may vary from person to person.
Primary care often focuses on acute concerns or managing chronic conditions within standard reference ranges. Our approach is different. We look for suboptimal function—areas where your body is struggling but hasn't yet reached a diagnosable condition. This allows us to intervene earlier and more precisely, using a combination of advanced testing, nutritional support, and lifestyle strategies to replenish depleted resources and restore optimal function.
Not at all. While we specialize in hormonal transitions like perimenopause and menopause, our Women’s Health Program is designed to support women at every stage of life. Whether you are in your 20s struggling with severe PMS and anxiety, in your 30s dealing with postpartum exhaustion, or in your 50s navigating hot flashes and brain fog, our root-cause approach can help you find relief.
We begin with a comprehensive health history and risk assessment to understand your unique picture. From there, we utilize targeted lab evaluations—such as hormone panels, nutrient deficiency testing, and metabolic markers—to identify exactly where your internal systems are out of balance. Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, we pinpoint the underlying disruptions so your personalized plan addresses the source of the issue.
Your personalized plan is designed around your symptoms, hormone levels, and health goals—focused on helping you feel balanced, energized, and supported through every stage of midlife.
A typical plan may include:
Every recommendation is tailored to your individual needs, with the goal of improving symptoms, enhancing daily function, and supporting healthy aging.
Timelines vary depending on your individual health history and the root causes identified. Many women begin to notice improvements in energy, sleep quality, and mental clarity within the first few weeks. Deeper hormonal and metabolic shifts typically unfold over several months. Our focus is on lasting results, not quick fixes, and we support you throughout the journey.
No referral is required. You can schedule directly with our team. We welcome women who are ready to move beyond symptom management and take a proactive, root-cause approach to their health. Whether you have been struggling for months or years, we are here to help you gain clarity and start making meaningful progress.
